Hebei Xintai Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1980. It is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of serialized pipeline connection products such as high, medium and low pressure elbows, tees, reducers, pipe caps, bent pipes, flanges, forged pipe fittings, and pipeline factory prefabrication. The company is located in the southeast of Hebei Province, with Beijing and Tianjin to the north and Shandong to the south. It is in the sunny zone for the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and belongs to the Bohai Rim Economic Circle. The company is established in the South Industrial Park of Yanshan County, the base for pipeline equipment manufacturing in China. The company has successively realized the development and put into production of the molded sleeve core type flange manufacturing process; respectively carried out the project development and successful production of the manufacturing process of UNS32750 series stainless steel pipe fittings, N08020 series nickel-based alloys and bimetallic composite materials; successfully developed the manufacturing of φ3800 large-diameter welded tablet type elbows for the 20 million tons/year refining and 1.2 million tons/year ethylene integration project of Guangdong Petrochemical; took the lead in completing the small-batch trial production of X80 grade φ1422 bent pipes and pigging tees.
