The main production equipment includes large hydraulic intermediate frequency push machines, hydraulic pipe bending machines, stainless steel elbow cold push machines, cold drawing tees, 8000 ton multifunctional presses, large electric beveling machines, new trolley type multifunctional gas heat treatment furnaces, electric furnaces, and various heavy-duty processing equipment such as electric saws, forging hammers, lathes, etc. The membrane clamps are complete. The main testing equipment includes microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, impact testing machine, digital hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, high-frequency infrared CS analyzer, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, spectrophotometer, and imported advanced testing equipment such as direct reading spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, and intergranular corrosion equipment from Germany, the United States, and Finland. The production equipment and testing capabilities are at the leading level in the domestic industry.
